How do I book a ride?
Open the Sura app, sign in with your phone number, set your pickup and destination, and confirm. You'll see the fare before you book and can track your driver on the way.
How do I pay?
You can pay cash on arrival or from your Sura wallet. The fare is shown upfront before you book.
How do I send a parcel?
In the app, choose Send a parcel, set pickup and drop-off, add the package details, and confirm. A driver collects it and you track it to delivery.
Is Sura safe?
Every driver is verified and approved before going online, you can track and share your trip live, and support is available from inside the app. See our Safety page for more.
How do I become a driver?
Download the SuraDriver app, register with your phone and documents, and start accepting trips once you're approved. Visit the Become a driver page to learn more.
